Conscious Presence Meditation
In this meditation, we will practice breathing and finding the space between thoughts, where conscious presence resides. It is true when we are thinking, conscious presence subsides.
We do not have to think, it is true that we can simply be guided by Spirit and through our surrender to spirit, we can act accordingly from consciousness, love and constructive action that is serving to this world. This is when and where we find true inner peace.
